ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS ORDER 2001 (S.R. 2001, NO. 37) - REG 4

Assignment to Minister of administration of departments and enactments

(1) The administration of each department specified under the title of a Minister in Schedule 1 is assigned to the Minister.

(2) Each department specified under the title of a Minister in Schedule 1 is responsible to the Minister in relation to the administration by the Minister of the enactments specified under that department.
