(1)  The Board may revoke or suspend the registration of an individual, or an architectural firm, if the Board is not satisfied that the individual or firm has a sufficient level of professional indemnity insurance.

(2)  For the purposes of section 16(1) of the Act and these regulations, the Board is to determine the sufficient level of professional indemnity insurance.
