AMBULANCE SERVICE (NON-EMERGENCY PATIENT TRANSPORT) REGULATIONS 2019 (S.R. 2019, NO. 57) - REG 14
NEPT Service details to be provided to patient on request
If requested by a patient, or a person who is a prospective patient, of an
NEPT Service, the licensee of the Service must ensure that the patient is
provided with a brochure containing, at a minimum, the following information:
(a) the rights of a patient of the Service;
(b) the contact details for the
NEPT Service;
(c) the procedure for making a complaint in respect of the
Service, including (i) how complaints are managed and an
approximate time frame in which complaints are to be resolved; and
(ii)
details of other bodies to which a complaint in respect of the Service may be
made.
