ANIMAL WELFARE (DOGS) REGULATIONS 2016 (S.R. 2016, NO. 121) - REG 34

Tethering of dogs at facilities

A person with care or charge of a dog at a facility must not tether the dog for a continuous period that exceeds 3 hours.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
