Regulation 12 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting "7" from subregulation (1) and substituting "5" ;

(b) by omitting "14" from subregulation (2) and substituting "10" ;

(c) by omitting "14" from subregulation (3) and substituting "10" ;

(d) by omitting "7" from subregulation (5) and substituting "5" ;
