BUILDING REGULATIONS 2004 (S.R. 2004, NO. 43) - REG 48
Safety and health records to be kept
(1) The owner of a building is to keep all records that relate to the
maintenance of prescribed essential safety and health features, and prescribed
essential safety and health measures, undertaken for the last 10 years in a
secure place away from the building.
(2) The location and type of each prescribed essential safety and health
feature and each prescribed essential safety and health measure is to be
included in the record kept under subregulation (1) .
(3) A copy of the records required under subregulation (1) is to be
kept on site.
(4) A permit authority, by giving the specified notice, may request
access to the records referred to in subregulation (1) or (3) .
