CONSUMER CREDIT (TASMANIA) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 130) - REG 3
Amendment of Consumer Credit (Tasmania) Regulations
Each of the sections of the Consumer Credit (Tasmania) Regulations specified
in Schedule 1 is amended by omitting "not later than 2 years after the
commencement of the Code" and substituting "before 1 July 1999" .
