Regulation 21 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "who is employed by the managing authority" .

These regulations amend the Crown Lands Regulations 2001 by providing that an application for an authority under Part 2 of those regulations may be made to any bailiff of Crown lands or to any ranger.
