(1) A bailiff or a ranger, by written notice, may cancel any authority if (a) a person has contravened or failed to comply with any specified condition of the authority; or(b) a person has been convicted of an offence under the Act or these regulations.(2) A notice (a) is to be served on the person, association, body or organisation who was granted the authority; and(b) is to specify the grounds on which the authority is cancelled.(3) On the service of a notice (a) the authority ceases to have effect in respect of any person or any member of an association, body or organisation; and(b) the person, association, body or organisation is to surrender the authority to the bailiff or ranger.
