(1) The Minister may direct a bailiff to perform the duty of preserving good order on Government House land.(2) To carry out that duty, a bailiff may (a) require any person on Government House land to leave that land if, in the opinion of the bailiff, that person is (i) trespassing; or(ii) creating a disturbance; or(b) require any person on Government House land to state his or her name and current residential address if, in the opinion of the bailiff, that person is (i) trespassing; or(ii) creating a disturbance.
