1.    Transfer of land under contract of sale –

(a) consideration $60 000 or less, $60

(b) consideration more than $60 000, $120

2.    Assignment of a lease –

(a) consideration $60 000 or less, $60

(b) consideration more than $60 000, $120

3.    Transfer of a temporary licence –

(a) consideration $60 000 or less, $60

(b) consideration more than $60 000, $120

These regulations –

(a) provide for the management of public reserves under the Crown Lands Act 1976 ; and

(b) rescind the Crown Lands (Public Reserves) Regulations 1979 ; and

(c) rescind the Crown Lands Regulations 1993 .
