(1) A bailiff or a ranger, by written notice, may cancel an authority if (a) a person has contravened or failed to comply with a condition of the authority; or(b) a person has been convicted of an offence under the Act.(2) A notice cancelling an authority under subregulation (1) (a) is to be served on the person who, or the association, body or organisation that, was granted the authority; and(b) is to specify the grounds on which the authority is cancelled.(3) On the service of a notice under subregulation (1) (a) the authority ceases to have effect in respect of any person who, or any member of an association, body or organisation that, was granted the authorisation; and(b) the person, association, body or organisation is to surrender the authority to the bailiff or ranger.
