Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting " Crimes (Confiscation of Profits) Act 1989 " from the definition of Queensland Act and substituting " Crimes (Confiscation) Act 1989 " ;

(b) by omitting " Crimes (Confiscation of Profits) Act 1986 " from the definition of Victorian Act and substituting " Confiscation Act 1997 " ;

(c) by omitting " Crimes (Confiscation of Profits) Act 1988 " from the definition of West Australian Act and substituting " Criminal Property Confiscation Act 2000 " .
