Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (e) the following paragraph:

(ea) Child Sex Offenders Registration Act 2006 of South Australia;

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .

These regulations amend the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Regulations 2016 by updating the definition of “corresponding law” to include a reference to the Child Sex Offenders Registration Act 2006 of South Australia.
