CREMATION REGULATIONS 1999 (S.R. 1999, NO. 47) - REG 15
Cancellation of appointments
(1) The Minister, by notice in writing to a medical referee, may cancel
the appointment of that medical referee.
(2) The cancellation of the
appointment of a medical referee takes effect from the time the notice is
received.
(3) The Minister is to cause a copy of the notice to be given
to each cremation authority.
