COAL RIVER IRRIGATION WATER DISTRICT BY-LAWS 2002 (S.R. 2002, NO. 165) - REG 8
Rates and charges
(1) A person supplied with water under clause 4(1) is to pay rates
and charges on that water – (a) on the day specified in the account;
or
(b) on demand, if no date is specified in the account.
(2) Rates and
charges are to be paid to the undertakers at a place for payment specified in
the account.
