(1)  Except as otherwise provided in this regulation, these regulations take effect on the day on which section 10 of the Container Refund Scheme Act 2022 commences.

(2)  Regulation 5 takes effect 18 months after the day on which section 10 of the Container Refund Scheme Act 2022 commences.
