DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 44) - REG 23

Regulation 119 amended (Requiring evidence of insurance, &c. [8.7])

Regulation 119 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subregulation (2) "A Competent Authority" and substituting "The Secretary" ;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (3) "Competent Authority" and substituting "Secretary" .
