DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 44) - REG 26

Regulation 144 amended (Approvals: transfers of dangerous goods [10.9])

Regulation 144(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "A Competent Authority" and substituting "The Secretary" ;
(b) by omitting "Authority" second occurring and substituting "Secretary" .
