DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 44) - REG 54
Regulation 206 amended (References to Panel [17.12])
Regulation 206 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by
omitting from subregulation (1) "A Competent Authority" and substituting "The
Secretary" ;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (1) "Authority" second
occurring and substituting "Secretary" ;
(c) by omitting from subregulation
(2) "A Competent Authority" and substituting "The Secretary" ;
(d) by omitting
from subregulation (2)(a) "Authority" and substituting "Secretary" ;
(e) by
omitting from subregulation (2)(b) "Authority" second occurring and
substituting "Secretary" .
