DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 44) - REG 7
Regulation 20 amended (References to Panel [1.23])
Regulation 20 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by
omitting from subregulation (2) "A Competent Authority" and substituting "The
Secretary" ;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "Authority" second
occurring and substituting "Secretary" ;
(c) by omitting from subregulation
(3) "A Competent Authority" and substituting "The Secretary" ;
(d) by omitting
from subregulation (3)(a) "Authority" and substituting "Secretary" ;
(e) by
omitting from subregulation (3)(b) "Authority" second occurring and
substituting "Secretary" .
