DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 44) - REG 70

Regulation 234 amended (Disposal of licensed vehicles [18.26])

Regulation 234 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "Competent Authority, that granted the licence," and substituting "Secretary," ;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "Competent Authority" and substituting "Secretary" .
