DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 44) - REG 88
Regulation 268 amended (Who may apply for reconsideration of decisions [22.2])
Regulation 268 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by
omitting from subregulation (1) "a Competent Authority" and substituting "the
Secretary" ;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (1) "that Authority" and
substituting "the Secretary" ;
(c) by omitting from subregulation (2) "a
Competent Authority" and substituting "the Secretary" ;
(d) by omitting from
subregulation (2) "that Authority" and substituting "the Secretary" .
