DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 44) - REG 90

Regulation 270 amended (Secretary to reconsider decisions [22.4])

Regulation 270 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "Competent Authority" and substituting "Secretary" ;
(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "Competent Authority" and substituting "Secretary" ;
(c) by omitting from subregulation (3) "Competent Authority" and substituting "Secretary" .
