The Competent Authority may, on application in accordance with regulation 176 or on the Authority’s own initiative, approve emergency information that does not comply with Chapter 11.2 of the ADG Code if the Authority considers that use of the information would be as accurate, and at least as convenient and efficient, as information that complies with the Chapter.
