DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) REGULATIONS 2010 (S.R. 2010, NO. 125) - REG 235
Variation of licence on application
(1) This regulation applies if – (a) an application is made to
vary a licence; and
(b) the application is made by the licensee and has the
licence with it.
(2) A licensing authority may vary the licence in accordance with the
application.
