DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 163) - REG 58

Sale of vehicles, &c., with LPG systems without compliance plate

A person must not sell or register a caravan or other vehicle on which an LPG system is installed unless a compliance plate is securely attached to the installation.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
