DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1998 (S.R. 1998, NO. 163) - REG 73

Purchase, handling, &c., of fireworks

A person must not purchase, handle or use Type 2 fireworks or Type 3 fireworks except in accordance with a fireworks permit.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
