DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES (SAFE HANDLING) REGULATIONS 2009 (S.R. 2009, NO. 42) - REG 46

General explosives not to be displayed on retail premises

A person must not display general explosives on retail premises.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.

Note: General explosives are those explosives other than fireworks.
