ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND POLLUTION CONTROL (UNDERGROUND PETROLEUM STORAGE SYSTEMS) REGULATIONS 2020 (S.R. 2020, NO. 4) - REG 18
Interpretation of Division
In this Division – responsible person , in relation to a storage
system, means – (a) if the storage system has not been
decommissioned in accordance with Part 6 – an infrastructure owner
of the storage system; or
(b) if the storage system has been decommissioned in
accordance with Part 6 – a landowner of the land on which the
storage system is or was situated.
