EXPLOSIVES REGULATIONS 2012 (S.R. 2012, NO. 128) - REG 23

Explosives not to be handled contrary to Relevant Standards
A person must not handle explosives (including fireworks) contrary to the Relevant Standards.
Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
