EXPLOSIVES REGULATIONS 2012 (S.R. 2012, NO. 128) - REG 95
Commonwealth Day (Cracker Night)
For the purposes of this Part – (a) a fireworks display for
Commonwealth Day is not capable of being held on any day other than a
Saturday; and
(b) if in any year Commonwealth Day (24 May) does not fall on a
Saturday, a fireworks display for Commonwealth Day may be held on the
following Saturday.
