ELECTRICITY SUPPLY INDUSTRY (CONTESTABLE CUSTOMER) REGULATIONS 2005 (S.R. 2005, NO. 88) - REG 7
Contestable customer
For the purposes of the definition of customer retail services in section 3 of
the Act, a customer is a contestable customer in respect of a single site if
the customer – (a) has become a contestable customer in respect of
that site under regulation 8 ; or
(b) has become a contestable customer
under regulation 11(6) .
