Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of Penalty Regulations and substituting the following definition:

Penalty Regulations means the Fisheries (Penalties) Regulations 2011 ;

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .

These regulations amend the Fisheries (General and Fees) Regulations 2006 by updating the definition of "Penalty Regulations" consequent on the making of the Fisheries (Penalties) Regulations 2011 .
