Rule 86A of the Principal Rules is rescinded and the following rule is substituted:

86A.     Pre-fishing reports

The holder of a fishing licence (rock lobster) must, unless authorised to do otherwise by the Secretary, make a report to the reporting service before commencing a fishing trip to take rock lobster.

Penalty:  Grade 2 penalty.
