Schedule 1 to the Principal Rules is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (i) in clause 1 :

(ia) the wharf known as the Craig Moyston wharf at Stanley;

(b) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (b) in clause 3 :

(ba) the wharf known as the Craig Moyston wharf at Dover;
