These regulations amend the Fisheries (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2001 by making further provision relating to –

(a) the offences under the Fisheries (Scalefish) Rules 2001 in respect of which infringement notices may be issued; and

(b) the penalties payable in respect of those offences.
