Regulation 11 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following regulation is substituted:

11.     Offences under Fisheries (Commercial Dive) Rules 2005

(1)  The offences generally described in Column 2 of Schedule 9 under the respective rules specified in Column 1 of that Schedule are prescribed as the offences under the Fisheries (Commercial Dive) Rules 2005 in respect of which infringement notices may be issued.

(2)  The penalties specified in Column 3 of Schedule 9 are prescribed as the penalties payable in respect of prescribed offences to which the respective infringement notices relate.
