Section 37A(2) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (e) "Forest Industries Association of Tasmania" and substituting "Tasmanian Forest Products Association" ;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (g) "Forest Industries Association of Tasmania" and substituting "Tasmanian Forest Products Association" .

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .

This order amends the Forest Practices Act 1985 by replacing references to the Forest Industries Association of Tasmania with references to the Tasmanian Forest Products Association.
