Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting after subparagraph (ii) in paragraph (f) of item 5 the following:

	(g) licensed premises gaming operation –
	(i) if the employee has been fingerprinted for the purposes of the Act or these regulations	90
	(ii) if the employee has not been so fingerprinted	120

(b) by omitting "item 5(c), (d), (e) or (f)" from item 6 and substituting "item 5(c), (d), (e), (f) or (g)" .

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations amend the Gaming Control Regulations 1994 to –

(a) prescribe certain fees in respect of a special employee's licence; and

(b) rescind a provision providing for the duties of technicians which are now provided for by notice under section 3(6) of the Gaming Control Act 1993 .
