HOMEBUILDER GRANTS (AMENDMENT OF ACT) ORDER 2020 (S.R. 2020, NO. 83) - REG 11
Section 18 amended (Eligible transaction for Commonwealth HomeBuilder grant)
Section 18(1)(c) of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting
"than –" and substituting "than 6 months after the day on which the
contract is made." ;
(b) by omitting subparagraphs (i) and (ii) .
