Schedule 5 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (j) from item 1 in Part 1 and substituting:

(j) a person referred to in paragraph (b), (c), (d), (f) or (g) for the use of an additional rod and line for the period of the licence

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Inland Fisheries Regulations 2019 by –

(a) altering certain locations where certain types of fishing are permitted; and

(b) providing for dual naming of certain locations; and

(c) changing the names of certain bodies of water; and

(d) updating references to superseded legislation; and

(e) changing the eligibility of certain persons to pay a reduced fee when applying for an additional rod and line for an angling licence.
