Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting paragraph (e) from item 1 and substituting the following:

(e) 24 hours for a person who is 18 years of age or more

(b) by omitting "3" from paragraph (f) of item 1 in the table and substituting "7" ;

(c) by omitting "14" from of paragraph (g) of item 1 in the table and substituting "28" .
