INLAND FISHERIES (RECREATIONAL FISHING) REGULATIONS 1999 (S.R. 1999, NO. 157) - REG 6
Taking indigenous fish
A person may take indigenous fish without an angling licence – (a)
in any rivers specified in Schedule 1 ; or
(b) if the fish is taken with
a bush pole held by that person.
