EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations, in respect of recreational fishing –
(a) regulate the taking and possession of fish; and
(b) regulate the use and possession of equipment; and
(c) prescribe bag limits and minimum sizes; and
(d) prescribe fees for the purposes of the Act; and
(e) prescribe offences for the purposes of infringement notices.
