For the purposes of section 339F of the Act, a customer service charter adopted under that section is to include the following matters:(a) the manner in which a complaint referred to in section 339E of the Act may be made;(b) the manner in which a response to a complaint is to be made;(c) opportunities for a review of a response by the general manager;(d) the periods within which complaints are to be dealt with;(e) other actions that may be taken if a complainant is dissatisfied by the response;(f) reporting of the complaints received.
