Regulation 19 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (2) ", in writing, the holder of a lost or damaged label to provide the Commission with such written evidence as the Commission requires to satisfy it" and substituting "the holder of a luxury hire car licence, who notified the Commission under subregulation (1) , to provide the Commission with any evidence the Commission requires, within a period specified by the Commission, to satisfy the Commission" ;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (4) "the specified fee" and substituting "a fee of 10 fee units" .
