Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting "such form as the Commission determines" and substituting "a form approved by the Commission" ;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (d) "licence." and substituting "licence; and" ;

(c) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (d) :

(e) the conditions, if any, imposed on the luxury hire car licence under the Act.
