Regulation 11A(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:(a) by inserting in paragraph (a)(iii) "habitable" after "existing" ;(b) by omitting subparagraph (iv) from paragraph (a) and substituting the following subparagraph:(iv) the use is to occur on land that is not within the Battery Point Heritage Precinct as shown in the Hobart Interim Planning Scheme 2015 ; and(c) by omitting from paragraph (a)(v) "Zone; or" and substituting "Zone; and" ;(d) by inserting the following subparagraphs after subparagraph (v) in paragraph (a) :(vi) all requirements, of the planning directive entitled Planning Directive No. 6 Exemption and Standards for Visitor Accommodation in Planning Schemes, that are required to be met before a permit to which section 58 of the Act applies may be granted in relation to the use, have been met in relation to the use; and(vii) all requirements, of the interim planning scheme, that are required to be met before a permit to which section 58 of the Act applies may be granted in relation to the use, have been met in relation to the use; and(e) by omitting from paragraph (b)(i) " Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1996 " and substituting " Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997 " ;(f) by inserting in paragraph (b)(iii) "habitable" after "existing" ;(g) by omitting subparagraph (iv) from paragraph (b) ;(h) by omitting from paragraph (b)(v) "(Wapping)." and substituting "(Wapping); and" ;(i) by inserting the following subparagraphs after subparagraph (v) in paragraph (b) :(vi) all requirements, of the planning directive entitled Planning Directive No. 6 Exemption and Standards for Visitor Accommodation in Planning Schemes, that are required to be met before a permit to which section 58 of the Act applies may be granted in relation to the use, have been met in relation to the use; and(vii) all requirements, of the planning scheme, that are required to be met before a permit to which section 58 of the Act applies may be granted in relation to the use, have been met in relation to the use.

These regulations amend the Land Use Planning and Approvals Regulations 2014 in relation to the limitation on the fee chargeable in relation to use for visitor accommodation, so that the regulations are consistent with Planning Directive No. 6 Exemption and Standards for Visitor Accommodation in Planning Schemes.
