Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting the definition of Medical Health and Fitness Order and substituting the following definition:

Medical Health and Fitness Order means Marine Order No. 9 (Health – Medical Fitness) issued by AMSA;

(b) by omitting "Zones D, E and F" from the definition of Port of Launceston and substituting "Zones D and E" ;

(c) by omitting the definition of unseaworthy ;

(d) by omitting "Launceston;" from the definition of Zone E and substituting "Launceston." ;

(e) by omitting the definition of Zone F .
